I tripped and fell
bruised my ego with my ass
I laid for awhile, ear to grass
the earth felt bad, taking blame
told me a joke to lift my shame
a joke I can’t repeat
a joke so funny I showed satan’s teeth
my spirit lifted
begone my frown!
Thats when I learned the dangers of punching down
